People? Culture? That’s where my curiosity begins. I hold a Master’s in Leadership and Organisational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School, driven by a passion for how people and culture shape meaningful growth.
As half Brazilian and half Norwegian, I have a strong connection to both countries and a genuine interest in the opportunities between them. With a multicultural perspective and fluency in Norwegian, English, and Portuguese, I bring solid intercultural competence and a belief in diversity as a driver of innovation.
